For example, if a customer has a Tuesday booking, the cancellation must be made by 7.00 am on the previous day, in this case, Monday. If the customer cancels in due time, no penalty or charge will be incurred.
If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the customer will incur a $55 dollars cancellation fee.
If our Upholstery Cleaning team arrives at the job booked, but they cannot perform the job because the customer is either not present to let them in or has forgotten to leave the key in a location agreed upon between the company and the customer, a $120 call-out fee will apply.
